One phone call and several options of different products with great advice and recommendations of other suppliers if my needs couldn't be met on that occasion been using D&L fixings for a few years now a great local business with extensive knowledge of all trades and suppliers even delivered some hand tools to my site within 3 hrs of order

The chap on the desk could not have been more helpful, I needed 3x s/s screws and he spent time looking for a match without luck, however, he ordered them for me and they were in before 10am the next day.
