At D&L Fixings, we strive to provide flexible and convenient delivery options to meet your needs:

      • • Available for orders placed before 3:30 PM
      • • Delivery within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
      • • Available for mainland UK addresses

1. 1. Click and Collect – Same Day Pick-up

      • • Available on weekdays
      • • Place your order online and collect from our store on the same day
      • • Orders must be placed before 3:30 PM for same-day collection
      • • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection

Delivery Timeframes

• • Next Business Day Delivery: 1-2 business days

• • Click and Collect: Same day (if ordered before 3:30 PM)

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Costs

• • Orders over £50: £2.50 for Next Business Day Delivery

• • Orders under £50: £7.50 for Next Business Day Delivery

• • Click and Collect: Free of charge

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses. For offshore UK islands, Northern Ireland, or international deliveries, please contact our customer service team for availability and rates.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery on our courier’s website.

Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.
